Bringing new talent to the world of accounting is essential to the profession’s future, which is why we are always looking for new ways to encourage students to become accountants.
This month, Abi Wilson and Dan Sayers participated in a Summer Panel organised by our training facilitator, First Intuition, for year 12 students.
The event provided students with an invaluable opportunity to direct questions to a group of employers and fellow trainees about the process of undertaking an accounting apprenticeship and pursuing studies in AAT and ACA.
The session proved to be beneficial for the students, potentially inspiring the next generation of accountants.
M J Bushell is currently supporting several trainees in their AAT and ACA studies, with all our students being trained at First Intuition.
We place a high value on investing in the education of young people via their qualifications, advocating the apprenticeship pathway as a viable alternative to traditional further education.
This approach enables students to gain practical experience through work, while simultaneously working towards an academic qualification.
