Tiffin Green a fellow Brentwood-based Chartered Accountancy practice, entered formal liquidation on 3 January, with the appointed insolvency practitioner being Richard Jeffery Rones.
The decision was made by the Tiffin Green directors following several unfortunate personal issues during the last year.
M J Bushell was approached by the liquidator and recommended as the best-placed firm to look after the best interests of the firm and its clients and, in many cases, bring up to speed the ongoing accountancy services of any remaining clients, should they wish to appoint us.
We are fortunate to have also been able to bring on board several ex-employees of Tiffin Green, who will bring additional expertise and experience to our practice.
We are committed to providing comprehensive support with accounts, tax, VAT, payroll, and any other business advisory needs for former clients of Tiffin Green who have been affected by this decision.
As a fellow ICAEW member firm, we also remain committed to helping clients who chose not to join our practice by providing an effective handover and access to previous Tiffin Green records to whichever advisors they choose to work with, to assist them with their ongoing affairs.
