“Georgina, Michael and Abi have each played a major part in the development of the firm, and these promotions are thoroughly deserved.
“We have grown significantly over recent years, and it is important that our leadership structure continues to develop alongside that growth.
“Georgina and Michael already manage important client relationships, support members of the team and make a significant contribution to the day-to-day running of the firm. Their promotions to Associate Director recognise what they have already achieved, but also the much broader roles we see them taking in the future.
“Abi has become one of our key points of support on audit and technical matters. Her new role recognises both her technical ability and the contribution she makes to developing our people and maintaining strong professional standards across the firm.
“We want M J Bushell to be a place where talented people can build long-term careers and have the opportunity to progress into senior positions. These promotions are a great example of that.”
